We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, will be mentioned during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided). You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • Payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution.
